Our snorkel trips are weather dependant. Sometimes the water can be too rough to comfortably snorkel. On such days we will offer an alternate, inshore snorkel site, and a discount on the price. On normal days we will use our primary snorkel site, Western Blue Cut, home to the shipwrecks of the Constellation and Montana. Check in is at our departure point in King's Wharf, Dockyard. Once checked in, you will be fitted with a mask, fins and a vest. You can then go down to the boat and have a practice in the flat calm waters of Dockyard. When we leave Dockyard it's a short twenty minute run out to WBC. Upon arrival the captain will give you a history on the wrecks and show you the layout as well. The safety talk covers basic hand signals and limits on how far you can go from the boat. Your time snorkelling over the shipwrecks will be over an hour, far more than any other snorkel trip on the island. Aside from the shipwrecks, the bottom is covered in several different types of coral and populated by several different types of fish, many of which will follow you around as you snorkel!

Most of us nowadays have a digital camera, but not many of us have an underwater digital camera. You are in luck! We have underwater digital cameras that you can borrow for free to document your snorkelling adventure. They even take video! Our cameras us SD memory cards (secure digital). You can take the memory card from your camera and put in ours or you can buy one of our digital memory cards, but the camera is still free to borrow.
Our trip is designed for the confident swimmer. If you are uncomfortable in the deep end of the pool, then our excursion may not be for you. If you want to accompany your friends or family on the trip, then we have a special price for riders, but if the trip fills up, we have to bump non-snorkellers to make space for snorkellers.
Our boat is inspected and licensed by the Bermuda Government annually. It is a 30 foot Island Hopper. The boat has a small cabin that you could change in, but it is cramped! It's best to show up with your bathing suit on under your clothes. Amenities onboard are few in order to keep the boat as light as possible to save time and fuel and thus the environment. By not having a big, heavy, slow boat we can do our trip in just two hours, doing the same stuff others need three hours of your time to do!
